Oh yeah George, and it's Jacob Riley Wilson
Again,
Leslie

Hello Everyone!

Went to see Bend It Like Beckham last night and it was very fluffy, funny and pure escapism. Oh, by the way George, Jacob's birthday is August 14, 2001.
Going out tonight on our date - can't wait!

Love to you all,
Leslie (and Jacob and Marc)

Leslie, I'm glad you figured it out, even if I wasn't clear with my instructions. When your computer saves cookies, you forget how to do things manually. I'll send what I think are the correct instructions via email.

Love, George

Hello George and everyone!

I finally make it to the family website and had a bit of difficulty trying to figure out how to actually post a note here. Ahh well, I hope this works. Everyone here is fine. Actually, George, my 33rd birthday is May 10. We have a lot of birthdays around this time! I am heading out tonight with some friends of mine to see "Bend it Like Bekham". We'll see if it's any good and I will let you all know. Tomorrow we are going to a friend's house for a party to celebrate his book being published. He wrote a 200 some page book on Andy Warhol's film entitled (and turn all of the kids' heads away at this point) "Blow Job". Will most likely be a fun time. I can't believe my husband and I are actually going out on a date! What a concept!

Well, that's all from here. I am sure there is more to report, but I will hold off and save some for later. Jacob says hello to all of his cousins and hopes he can play with them all really soon. Actually, he said, "Ah dah," and I translated.

Love,
Leslie

Next week is the week we go to San Diego for the Association for Corporate Growth Intergrowth annual conference. Linda leaves Saturday morning early to go spend a few days with Margo Ladwig before she joins me Thursday. I go out Monday afternoon, go deep sea fishing Tuesday as the guest of one of the buyout groups, and we end up Friday night. Then we'll spend Saturday with Bonnie, a woman we met in Puerto Vallarta years ago, and come back Sunday, May 3. We're staying at the Del Coronado --- a degree of luxery we don't usually indulge in. However, since I'm treasurer of ACG, we have to go, and it's going to be very nice. The dinner Thursday is formal, we're sitting at the head table, and there will be 850 people there.

I've also decided to go to Tarkio the weekend of Mom's birthday (May 16-18). Lisa and Jerry can pick me up in KC and take me back
sunday, so transportation is worked out. Tarkio is always beautiful in May, and I haven't seen Mom, Ralph or Lisa and Jerry since Thanksgiving. I'll bet Mark comes up, too. Mark says John is doing very well, by the way.

I thin we also are counting on Tarkio for the week of August 16-17, but we need to coordinate plans. I don't think Diana, Emma and Nina can go. They will be here for a couple of weeks, and will probably spend one of them here and one in Michigan. Anyway, we should get these plans firmed up.

Dave Littleton's birthday is Friday, May 2. Stevie's is May 4 (can he really be 10?), and I think Walker's is May 8. Any others right around now?

Must go. I'd still like the information in the April 20 note below.

Love, George

I need the proper spelling of names and the birth dates of all the grandchildren. We have them in various places, but if would save me finding them if you all could just list them here. Thanks in advance.
