Feb. 28 -- we are in Michigan for one night. Wanted both to get away and check the cottage after our 6 week absence. Everything is okay. It is a short trip because we must, repeat, must, get back in time not only for the Oscars but for all the pre-Oscar and pre-pre-Oscar celebrations and endless commentary. I'm going to be upstairs in my office for most of it. All you Oscar fans can give Linda your moral support.

Andy's 40th birthday party was today. Congratulations and best for many more years.
